alan - I was experimenting with variations on an "Election Day" theme, so there might very well be more to come. And yes, I hope we don't adopt a "throw the rascals back in" policy.
Terrific. This is the kind of haiku/senryu I love, where you can play with individual meaning til the cows come home (or, in this case, the results are in).
Great, lookin' forward to them, and yes, I hope there's stronger balance of 'power' because things aren't looking good at the moment.
I agree with jim, that it's great to have haiku/senryu with a set up that people can see multiple layers, although that's only one kind of haiku/senryu! ;-)
